What We're Looking For
4+ years’ service experience in either:
Commercial Refrigeration (walk‑in freezers/coolers, reach‑in freezers/coolers and ice machines)
Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make‑up air units, exhaust systems, building balancing, etc.)
Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)
A strong desire to continue company‑provided education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units and/or hot‑side equipment
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work on‑call
Excellent communication and customer service skills
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
