Job Description
Seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal. Must have at least three (3) years in personal injury
ursing home abuse.
Duties include: Opening and closing files, case management; calendar management; medical and bill records requests, collection and organizing; court filings; deposition scheduling; summarizing medical records and bills; trial support, including trial notebooks and aid with jury selection. Available position is regular and full-time. We offer a benefits package including medical insurance, vacation and sick leave, and 401(k).
We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and who has potential to grow with the company.
