Drill press operations of drilling, tapping and chamfering
Plate de-burring and straightening (Up to 24" x 24" plates)
Learning machine shop operations
Operate manual machining centers (Bridgeport, Surface Grinder, DoAll Tool Grinder, etc.)
Operate machine shop hand equipment (Drills, Surface and Hand Grinders, Cut Off Saw, etc.)
Operate CNC Lathe / Mill
Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
Use various measuring equipment (Micrometers, Calipers, Shadowgraph, etc.)
Perform and document in-process inspection
Mold maintenance and repair
Read and understand Cad Drawings
Ability to work with very tight tolerances
Lift and carry 5‑25 pounds on a regular basis
Work while standing for extended periods of time
Regular and consistent attendance
