About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and speaks Italian to millions of people around the world? We’re looking for professional Italian‑speaking voice actors and voice‑over artists to record high‑quality vocal performances and evaluate AI‑generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, professional recording setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

Note: This work is AI‑related but does not involve voice cloning.
What You’ll Do
Record high-quality Italian voice performances based on provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated audio
Review and refine scripts to ensure they read naturally and flow well when spoken aloud
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Fluent in Italian with a clear, expressive, and engaging vocal delivery
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically suitable recording environment
Naturally detail-oriented — you notice subtle differences in pronunciation, tone, and cadence
Able to take direction well and deliver consistent, professional-quality recordings
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience recording for commercials, e-learning, animation, or broadcast media
Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
Knowledge of regional Italian accents or dialects
Background in linguistics, acting, or performing arts
