About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

Note: This work does not involve voice cloning
What You'll Do
Record high-quality voice samples in Italian from provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated audio
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic natural delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Fluent in Italian with a strong, confident speaking voice
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a related field
Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
Skilled at delivering clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall speech quality
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in commercial voice-over, character voice acting, or broadcast media
Familiarity with audio editing software or home studio recording workflows
Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
Background in linguistics, theatre, or performance arts
