Active Oracle Cloud Benefits certification;
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead Consultant role;
Minimum 3 fullcycle Oracle Cloud Benefits implementations, 2 of which as Benefits lead;
Strong knowledge of Benefits administration, eligibility rules, life event processing, and vendor file integrations;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote delivery model;
Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely;
Selfmotivated with strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Extra edge
Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Talent Management, Compensation);
Experience with Redwood and Oracle delivered AI Agents.

Your day-to-day
Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits functional consulting engagements, serving as the primary SME throughout the implementation lifecycle;
Drive project deliverables by effectively communicating requirements, timelines, risks, and solution recommendations to clients and internal teams;
Guide clients through Oracledelivered Benefits functionality, advise on best practices, map business processes, document requirements, configure system components, and support all testing phases;
Provide expertise in Benefits program design, eligibility, rates, life events, enrollment flows, and integrations with payroll and thirdparty vendors;
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for ongoing Benefits optimization and support;
Collaborate with peers to continuously improve delivery methodologies and enhance project efficiency;
Mentor junior consultants to support their professional development and strengthen team capability.
