Primary Focus: Provide first-line help desk support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
Troubleshoot issues with network printing and desktop peripherals
Support staff training on basic technology skills
Job Requirements:
1-2 yrs desktop support experience
Strong Windows Win10/Win11 troubleshooting skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Office 365/Microsoft 365 suite
Excellent communication skills with non-technical users
Patient, empathetic approach to user support
