Enrollment Services Coordinator
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)
At Alera Group, our Employee Benefits team helps businesses provide comprehensive benefit packages to their employees. We're seeking an Enrollment Services Coordinator who will support our existing and new client accounts and our employee benefits division.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
Required
Active Health license (AZ) is required
Assist with filling out RFP's and gathering census and/or existing carrier material
Complete illustration spreads once carrier proposals have been received
Track the RFP/Proposal/Illustration/CM presentation process to make sure tasks get completed in a timely manner (keep RFP Tracker updated)
Create QR Code/Scheduling Link along with the New Hire Flyers when a new account starts utilizing Enrollment Services
Assist with Carrier Employer Applications and Termination letters when needed
Assist with setting up and sending text message campaigns during Open Enrollment
Print material in office when Enrollment Services attends in person meetings
Assist with billing and claims questions for the worksite lines of coverage
Ability to present benefits during Open Enrollment meetings both in person and virtually
When needed, perform 1-on-1 enrollment calls with employees explaining all benefits and assisting with elections
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
AI experience a plus but not required
Experience in Benefit Administration systems is a plus (e.g. Employee Navigator, Paylocity, UKG, Workday, ADP Workforce, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
