is seeking a

Junior System Administrator

to support and maintain our IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, and cloud-based systems. This role will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career looking to grow their experience in systems administration, networking, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user support through a ticketing system, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose root causes, implement solutions, and document resolutions clearly
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed
Maintain and support desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other IT equipment
Assist with administration of

Microsoft 365, Azure, and other SaaS/cloud platforms
Support

Windows Server environments , user accounts, and system access
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software
Monitor systems to ensure updates, patches, and security measures are in place
Perform inventory tracking of IT assets and equipment
Assist with disaster recovery processes including backups for virtual machines, files, email, and cloud systems
Provide basic training and guidance to end users when needed
Qualifications

2-3 years of IT support or system administration experience
Experience with

Windows environments and basic network administration
Familiarity with

Wi-Fi
etwork troubleshooting
Exposure to

Microsoft 365 and/or Azure
VMware experience is a plus
Education & Certifications (Preferred):

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
At least one relevant certification, such as:

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
Microsoft certifications
Cisco CCNA/CCNP

Physical Requirements

Ability to move, set up, and install IT equipment as needed
Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday
Manual dexterity to operate computer equipment and tools
Ability to lift and transport equipment when necessary
