Process Operator
As a Process Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders within our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include handling liquid products, maintaining cleanliness in the plant, and operating equipment such as sit-down forklifts. This position involves a combination of material handling, order filling, and housekeeping duties.
Responsibilities:
Fill customer orders by filling totes or drums with liquid and staging them at the dock for truck loading.
Clean hoses, drums, and the warehouse area to maintain a tidy work environment.
Operate electronic pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts to move finished totes or palletized drums and stage them appropriately.
Accurately complete paperwork related to process conditions, test results, instrument readings, and shipping documentation.
Assist in washing out used totes, disposing of used totes, and cleaning trashed drums as part of backlog work.
Collaborate with the shift manager to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
Essential Skills:
At least 6 months of experience operating a sit-down forklift.
Experience in a manufacturing or production job or a labor-intensive role.
Strong customer focus and attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling and order fulfillment.
Willingness and ability to work outdoors as needed, especially during non-extreme weather conditions.
Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.
Ability to take direct feedback on work performance and adhere to safety procedures when handling chemicals.
Willingness to work with chemicals and follow safety protocols.
Ability to maintain facial hair to accommodate respirator fit requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Mixing or blending experience is advantageous.

Work Environment:
The work schedule is 1st shift, starting at 4am. The warehouse is temperature-controlled, but it may still get warm in the summer while wearing the suit.

Pay and Benefits:
