Machine Operator / Production Worker
We are hiring a Machine Operator / Production Worker to join a growing chemical processing facility. This is a long-term opportunity offering benefits and strong career growth for candidates interested in building a career in chemical operations. Employees who demonstrate reliability and strong performance will be trained and developed into Chemical Operator roles.
Key Responsibilities
Unload chemical drums from delivery trucks into the facility
Move empty drums to the filling station and load drums for filling
Hook drums and totes up to machines to be filled or drained
Fill, drain, and transfer chemicals following established procedures
Move drums and totes throughout the facility using dollies and material-handling equipment
Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials safely
Monitor equipment during operation and report issues or abnormalities
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous production, machine operating, or manufacturing experience preferred
Forklift experience (sit-down) preferred; certification a plus
Ability to safely handle drums, totes, and chemical containers
Comfortable working around industrial equipment and chemical processes
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to safety and detail
Willingness to learn and advance into a Chemical Operator role

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
