Mechanical Assembler
Join our team to perform mechanical assembly of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, combines, mini excavators, pavers, and tractors. Utilize hand tools, torque wrenches, and impact drills to ensure precise assembly and operation.
Responsibilities
Assemble and operate heavy equipment efficiently and accurately.
Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, or moving machinery within the work area.
Inspect, inventory, and identify machinery and pieces while walking the yard area.
Install buckets, couplers, and beacon lights on various equipment.
Perform cleaning tasks in cabs and execute other various duties.
Essential Skills
3-5 years proficiency using hand and power tools.
Basic mechanical skills are required.
Basic computer skills are necessary.
Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances of 50 feet, including overhead lifting.
Capability to climb and work at heights up to 15 feet.
Sufficient hand dexterity and strength to fasten, insert, and remove bolts, machine parts, and pins, and to operate electric and air-powered tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma preferred.
Forklift experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.

Work Environment
This role is based in a clean warehouse filled with advanced machinery including CAT and Case New Holland tractors. The work schedule is from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with no overtime required. Initially, this is a temporary position lasting approximately 90 days, with potential for evaluation of future needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
