Office Assistant
We are partnering with a growing construction company in Phoenix seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative team. The schedule is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and the hourly rate is between $22/hr-$24/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the office and project teams
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and paper)
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and reporting
Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic accounting tasks
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments
Help ensure office operations run smoothly day-to-day
Qualifications:
1+ year of administrative or office support experience (construction industry a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
