Internship: Account Services
Salary: $24.00 - $25.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Scope/Duties
Assist with the basic duties and tasks within Account Services Including:
Completing various daily operational and account audits.
Responding to member inquiries related to eligibility, documentation, and general account information.
Mail sorting and processing of account maintenance, contact information updates, and document imaging.
Filing of Adult Protective Services (APS) reports.
Supporting the escheatment process and modifying property records in the escheatment software.
Supporting decedent case management with account ownership updates and closures.
Processing IRA contributions, withdrawals, and withholding election changes.
Preparing the weekly rate and fee schedules.
Completing special projects as required.
Assisting management and staff with updating various job aids and procedures.
Experience/Minimum Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent level of education.
College student with related coursework and analytical skills or other relative experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficient with computers, including using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Applicant must have a proven ability to provide friendly, courteous, and excellent service to staff and members
