Internship: Remote Services
Salary: $24.00 - $25.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Scope/Duties:
Assists with digital banking support activities, including ticket tracking improvements, UI/UX testing, and assistance with projects and assignments as needed.
Provides operational support for payment services, including transaction and account maintenance support, audit and data validation activities, and assistance with projects and assignments as needed.
Assists contact center with operational reports and research.
Performs administrative assignments, special projects, and supports general remote services functions
Experience/Minimum Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent level of education.
College student with related coursework and analytical skills or other relative experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficient with computers, including using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Applicant must have a proven ability to provide friendly, courteous, and excellent service to staff and members
