At Freeland Auto Group, we're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our CDJR location who enjoys reading those stories accurately the first time. Responsibilities:
Code and process vendor invoices and purchase orders for payment
Reconcile vendor and manufacturer statements
Process warranty and product registration payments
Analyze multiple expense accounts and prepare monthly reports
Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
Automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required.
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
