Driver Position

This is a full-time W2 role with full benefits available from the first day.
What You'll Be Doing
Running dry van freight with minimal handling required
Following scheduled pickups and deliveries across assigned routes
Completing daily inspections and maintaining accurate logs
Working directly with dispatch to stay on schedule
Pay Details
$0.56 to $0.65 CPM depending on verified experience
Typical weekly income ranges from $1,400 to $1,600
Annual earnings fall between $71,000 and $85,000
2,200 to 2,500 miles per week on average
Weekly direct deposit
Additional weekly bonuses tied to safety and performance
Orientation is paid, including travel and hotel
Time at Home
Drivers are scheduled to return home every two weeks on a consistent cycle
Equipment & Freight
Dry van loads with the majority being no-touch
About 70% drop and hook to keep you moving
Fleet options include regional, OTR, and dedicated routes
Trucks are late-model Freightliner and Kenworth units (20222025) with APUs

Driver Training
A valid Class A CDL is required or completion of at least 120 hours through an accredited program

Drivers complete supervised miles before transitioning to solo
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
Experience is preferred but not required for qualified trainees
Driving record must meet safety standards
No major or DOT preventable accidents
No preventable accidents within the last 5 years
Maximum of 2 preventable incidents allowed
No safety-related termination from previous employer
No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
No commercial DUI within the last 5 years
Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
