Status: Full-time
Salary: $20
$25 per hour
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | No Nights or Holidays
Requirements: Experience as a veterinary assistant preferred. Experience as a receptionist required.
Santa Fe Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team!
We're a busy, team-oriented hospital focused on providing excellent care to our patients and exceptional service to our clients. We value positivity, collaboration, and a supportive work environment where our team members can grow and succeed.
Position Overview:
As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our clientssetting the tone for their experience. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Manage medical records and client communication
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Support the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Previous veterinary reception or CSR experience preferred
Experience with Avimark PIMS is a plus (not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Schedule:
Full-time
4-day work week
Rotating Saturdays required
No nights, on-call shifts, or holidays
