Level 5 to join the team. Resolute ISR operates advanced unmanned aerial system (UAS) solutions to support military, security, and humanitarian operations worldwide. Specializing in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), the company provides cutting-edge aerial capabilities for force protection, border security, anti-piracy, and disaster response missions.
Job Responsibilities:
The UAS Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a group 3 unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for various mission requirements.
Tasks include planning flight missions, performing pre-flight checks, operating UAS during missions, conducting post-flight assessments, basic maintenance and repair, software and payload integration and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Experience in operating unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and understanding of UAS technologies
Proficiency in flight mission planning and execution
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to UAS operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work on-site in Howell, MI and travel 25-50%
Relevant UAS certifications and licenses are a plus
Previous experience in the aviation industry or related field is preferred
Preferred: Experience configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure including IP addressing, VLANs/VLAN tagging, and virtual networks to support secure UAS command and control.
1,000 UAS flight hours
Experience with group 3 / 4 aircraft
