We are currently seeking a Receptionist Specialist to support our Specialty Clinic. In this front-facing role, you will serve as the first impression for patients and visitors while supporting day-to-day operations in a busy clinic environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient check-in/check-out, managing phone communication, and helping maintain a positive and professional atmosphere.
Your duties will include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance
Providing general administrative support to the clinical team
Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree or some college coursework preferred
Completion of a medical terminology course preferred
1-2 years of experience in an office reception setting preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
