Park Place Porsche Dallas is looking to add a valet to the team. Our goal is to ensure an "extraordinary experience" for our clients. We believe our Members (employees) deserve this as well. The Valet is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Valet will ensure that all clients are greeted promptly and will help to create a warm, friendly environment during their visit. The Valet will be responsible for parking and retrieving service clients' vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
Greet clients
Escort client to appropriate member
Park cars in designated areas
Retrieve cars for clients
Find and installs license plates
Notify Assistant Service Manager (ASM) or Estimator if client is waiting
Keep service drive free of vehicles
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
Alert Manager to any damage to clients' vehicles
Maintain cleanliness of service drive and make sure it is clear of debris
Drive clients to requested destination as needed
Assist clients at the car wash and Express Pay podium
Help with car wash as needed
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid driver's License
Must be able to drive manual transmission
Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)
High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
