The purpose of the Puller/Runner is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. To pull and distribute parts orders to technicians.
Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
Pull and delivers all parts requested by Technicians Gathers and organizes all warranty parts from Technicians Restocks all unused parts into inventory
Restock consignment bins
Report all inventory discrepancies to the Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager Maintains warehouse in a clean and orderly manner
Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
Attend weekly department meetings
Other duties may be assigned
