Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: Overnight 6:45pm-7am, Rotating 2-week shift: Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat (4 days, 48 hours), Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu (3 days, 36 hours), Off every other weekend.
What's a typical day as Production Technician? You'll be:
Operating twin screw extruders to produce engineering plastics compounds
Selecting, charging, and mixing raw materials for production
Setting up and operating processing equipment, packaging, and labeling finished products
Participating in training activities such as computer-based learning and job shadowing
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and following all safety and quality protocols
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School diploma or GED (required)
Have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Possess strong teamwork skills and can work under time constraints
Demonstrate excellent customer focus and attention to detail
Are committed to safety and reliable process execution
