Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 6:45 AM
7:00 PM, Rotating 2-week shift, 1st week 4 days, 48 hours (Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat), 2nd week 3 days, 36 hours (Sun, Wed, Thur), Off every other weekend, Assigned to one of four teams working straight day or night 12-hour schedule, Position is every other weekend off

What's a typical day as Manufacturing Technician? You'll be:
Operating twin screw extruders for the production of engineering plastics compounds.
Selecting, charging, and mixing raw materials, setting up and operating processing equipment, and packaging and labeling the final product.
Participating in training, including computer-based modules and job shadowing.
Occasionally operating a forklift as needed.
Working as part of a four-team rotation on a straight day or night 12-hour schedule.
Maintaining excellent customer focus and performing all tasks with a strong emphasis on safety.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or GED (required).
Bring 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
Possess strong teamwork skills and can work effectively under time constraints.
Are safety-minded and focused on delivering quality work.
Are flexible to work overtime as required and are comfortable with a rotating shift schedule.
