Location: Addison, TX (Headquarters)

In Office Schedule: MondayFriday, 10:00am7:00pm Compensation: $17 - $19/hour (paid bi-weekly) subject to a 90day review Status: Full-Time
Position Overview

The Travel & Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing all travel arrangements that support our nationwide high value cargo escort operations. This includes booking and coordinating rental cars, flights, hotels, and related travel logistics for escort teams assigned to missions across the country.
This position works closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and reports directly to the Director of Operations to ensure each assignment is properly supported with accurate, timely, and cost-effective travel arrangements.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage shifting schedules and fast-paced demands.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and book all travel for high value cargo escort teams, including flights, rental vehicles, and hotels.
Maintain an organized, up-to-date roster of upcoming escort assignments requiring travel support.
Work directly with the SOC to ensure all bookings align with mission timelines and client requirements.
Enter all itineraries, confirmations, and schedule updates into internal systems.
Track travel-related expenses and ensure accurate documentation.
Communicate clear, detailed itineraries and travel updates to escort teams.
Support the Director of Operations with day-to-day needs tied to high value cargo escort missions.
Ensure all travel arrangements minimize downtime and unnecessary expenses while meeting strict operational deadlines.
Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes.
Experience in travel coordination, scheduling, logistics, dispatching, or administrative operations is a plus.
Proficiency with general computer applications and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Professional, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive information.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $17- 19 /hour (paid bi-weekly) subject to a 90day review
