is seeking a
HR Assistant
for 4
month
contract
role
(May-August).
Pay Rate : $20/hr
Hours:
M-F 8 AM -4:30 PM or 9am - 5.30pm (flexible if needed) OT as needed
Position Description:
Imaging files into UKG Document Manager
Maintain HR Employee file system hardcopy and in UKG Pro ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation, including I9 binders, 401k binders, training files, etc.
Prepare, set up and facilitate benefit orientations (union and non-union).
Perform administrative duties such as open departmental mail and distribute to respective team members.
Work with the Activities Committee to support companywide engagement activities and events and assist in planning of Employee Appreciation Event
Other duties as assigned
? Requirements:
0-1 year of HR experience - those looking for an HR Internship are welcome to apply
A strong desire to work in a busy HR environment
Strong attention to detail with excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish, Hindu or Bengali) a plus
