Warehouse Shipping Lead
Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced Shipping Lead for a leading provider of innovative software solutions in the gaming and entertainment industry. Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Lead Pay Rate: Starting at $22/hr. Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM
4:00 PM Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the daily shipping team to meet productivity goals
Coordinate outbound shipments, carrier pickups, and shipping schedules
Verify orders for accuracy before shipment
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of all outgoing products
Monitor inventory movement and communicate shortages or discrepancies
Train team members on shipping procedures, safety, and best practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts as needed
Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve delays quickly
Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Shipping Lead, Shipping Clerk, or Warehouse Lead
Leadership or team lead experience in warehouse/shipping operations
Experience with shipping software, scanners, and inventory systems
Strong knowledge of UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight shipping procedures
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Forklift experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
