Accounts Receivable Specialist
Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable Specialist position! LHH has partnered with a reputable company located in Vancouver, WA that is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Evaluating customer credit applications and determining creditworthiness
Monitoring existing accounts and reviewing credit limits
Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories
Communicating with sales and accounting teams regarding credit decisions
Assisting with risk assessment and minimizing bad debt exposure
Heavy collections efforts as needed and resolving account discrepancies
To be a suitable candidate, you must have:
23 years of experience in credit analysis or accounts receivable/collections
A BA or AA in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines efficiently
