We are seeking an elite mechanical roll assembler to lead the precision disassembly and rebuild of mission-critical paper production rolls weighing between 1,000 to 100,000+ lbs. This is a high-impact role responsible for the structural and mechanical integrity of 50-ton industrial assemblies that drive high-speed manufacturing lines. Using specialized heavy rigging and manual hand tools, you will perform teardowns of journals, bearings, and housings.
