Powder Coat Technician $640.00 WEEKLY Join Savard Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Key Requirements: Assist with preparing metal parts for powder coating (cleaning, masking, and hanging parts) Operate powder coating equipment and spray techniques Load and unload parts onto racks or conveyor systems Support the curing process by monitoring ovens and part flow Inspect finished products for basic quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly Strong attention to detail and reliability Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Shifts: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Duration: Temp to Hire
