Shipping Coordinator
Join our team as a Shipping Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently from our facility to customers. This role offers hands-on experience with warehouse systems, logistics coordination, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You'll be at the center of daily operationssolving problems, improving processes, and helping ensure shipments go out accurately and on time. What You'll Do:
Coordinate outbound shipments using WMS, including carrier check-in, dock assignment, and order verification
Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests
Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely loading and resolve scheduling changes
Assign and support forklift crews with loading, staging, and outbound order tasks
Track shipping performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous process improvements
Required:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills across teams
Preferred:
Experience with WMS or other manufacturing systems (ERP, MRP, MPS)
Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry
Ability to quickly learn new systems and contribute to process improvements
