Fleet Dispatcher
Linde Corporation is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Dispatcher to coordinate daily trucking and heavy equipment operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient communication between drivers and the production team while maintaining compliance and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate trucking schedules and heavy equipment transport with the production division
Manage and communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient operations
Solve logistical and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
Oversee heavy hauling permits and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate driver timesheets and operational records
Utilize computer systems for scheduling, tracking, and reporting
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of construction, utility work, and/or mechanical systems preferred
Experience with heavy hauling and permitting is a plus
Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
