Will be promoted in a year to either a HR Generalist or higher-level Accounting & Finance position
We are partnering with a high-growth, private equitybacked healthcare organization that has experienced 200% year-over-year growth through acquisitions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants hands-on payroll exposure in a complex, multi-entity environment and a clear path for advancement into Payroll leadership, Accounting, or HR as the company continues to scale. This role offers C-suite exposure from day one, meaningful ownership of payroll processes, and the chance to help build scalable systems in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
What You'll Be Doing:
Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple legal entities across several states (environment will continue to grow)
Administer payroll-related benefits, including HSA contributions, reimbursements, garnishments, and 401(k)
Track and process employee compensation changes, role updates, and provider bonus structures
Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll questions and employee inquiries
