Your Impact & Opportunities:
Lead Data Discovery: Drive the response process for regulatory requests by extracting and validating complex datasets related to customer accounts, billing, and usage.
Validate & Optimize: Ensure the highest level of data integrity and quality assurance, partnering closely with Compliance Analysts to deliver accurate legal and regulatory outputs.
Collaborate Across Towers: Work at the heart of a fast-moving transformation effort, acting as a key liaison between technical data teams and relationship-focused regulatory specialists.
Storytelling with Data: Transform raw datasets into clear, actionable insights that can be presented to a broad audience of stakeholders and leadership.
What You Bring
Analytical Expertise: 6+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within large-scale transformation projects or the utility industry.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
System Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce and a proven ability to learn and navigate complex data systems quickly.
Precision & Communication: A meticulous eye for detail combined with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
