Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Multiple positions are available to support students across an engaging caseload of approximately 34 children. This full-time, in-person role runs from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, within a collaborative and supportive educational environment near Poulsbo, WA. Essential Qualifications:Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of WashingtonCurrent WA ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification requiredExperience working with school-aged students, either in educational or pediatric settingsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetingsAdaptability and commitment to providing individualized interventions based on evolving school needs Key Responsibilities:Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to students as outlined by IEP goalsAssess, develop, and implement intervention plans supporting fine motor, sensory, and functional life skillsMaintain up-to-date documentation, including treatment session notes and progress reportsCollaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to ensure effective delivery of therapeutic servicesParticipate in evaluation and re-evaluation processes as needed to monitor and measure student progressAttend required meetings and contribute to a holistic team approach for student success This position offers the unique chance to make an immediate and lasting impact throughout the academic year.
