This is a full-time, in-person role, providing direct occupational therapy services throughout the school year, from August 31, 2026, to June 17, 2027. Key Qualifications and Requirements:Active Washington State OT license (must upload verification during application)Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification (required at the time of application)Previous experience or strong interest in providing occupational therapy within a school-based settingFlexibility to manage a diverse caseload (anticipated caseload of 34 students, with school assignments to be determined)Collaborative spirit with exceptional communication skills to engage with students, caregivers, and educational teamsCommitment to supporting inclusive educational environments and promoting student success Responsibilities:Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultation services for students with varying needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP goalsMaintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standardsCollaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support students’ functional participation across settingsParticipate actively in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development as needed Experience the rewarding nature of providing hands-on, essential therapy services in an educational setting, while enjoying the collaborative energy of a diverse team.
