Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Full-time positions are open to support student success through in-person therapy services. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment focusing on specialized care for a caseload of approximately 34 students (exact school locations to be determined). Qualifications:Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification Previous experience as a school-based OT preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Dedication to individualized student support Flexibility and adaptability throughout the school year Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to assigned students Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals Maintain progress documentation and update reports as needed Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning Adapt interventions and techniques to fit varied school settings Promote student independence and skill development across school activities
