Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives by providing occupational therapy services within a supportive and dynamic school setting near Port Orchard, WA. Multiple full-time contract positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, extending from August 31, 2026, to June 17, 2027. As an in-person clinician, you’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student development and independence. Qualifications & Skills:Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy LicenseValid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificationPrevious experience delivering occupational therapy in schools preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSkilled in assessments, developing IEP goals, and tracking progressComfortable managing a caseload of approximately 34 students across various school sites Responsibilities:Provide individualized and group occupational therapy sessions to students as outlined in their IEPsConduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations to identify students’ needsCollaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to develop and implement effective strategiesParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student plansMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelinesTravel between assigned school locations as neededFoster a welcoming, inclusive environment that supports diverse learners As part of this assignment, you’ll enjoy a professionally rewarding experience working with a motivated educational community.
