Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year A bit about us: This role focuses on insurance defense and complex civil litigation matters, representing individuals, corporations, and insurance carriers in a variety of disputes. The associate will handle cases from inception through resolution, with increasing autonomy based on experience level. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from pleadings through trial Draft motions, pleadings, discovery demands/responses, and legal memoranda Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Attend court appearances, conferences, and oral arguments Work closely with partners on litigation strategy and case evaluation Engage in settlement negotiations and mediation Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Practice Areas May Include Insurance defense General liability and premises liability Motor vehicle and transportation litigation Construction accident / Labor Law claims Personal injury defense Commercial and tort litigation Why join us?
