Job Summary
The Restaurant and Café Manager oversees daily concession operations, ensuring high-quality service, strong team performance, and adherence to Levy standards. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experience while driving operational efficiency and financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
Execute menus, promotions, and service standards
Ensure proper setup, merchandising, and show quality
Maintain safety, sanitation, and guest service excellence
Build relationships with guests, clients, and team members
Address guest concerns and support company initiatives
Controls
Manage inventory, cash handling, and POS systems
Achieve sales, budget, and cost goals
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies
Plan staffing and product needs for events
Team Leadership
Hire, train, and develop team members
Promote a positive, productive work environment
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer and financial knowledge
Ability to work flexible hours and extended shifts
Ability to meet physical demands of the role
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
