Role Summary
The BSA will lead requirements for transforming Commercial Banking Client Servicing into a digitally enabled experience. The role bridges Operations, Fraud, Technology, and Client Experience teams.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit and document business & system requirements for:
Biometric authentication
Voice servicing & secure communications
WalkMe-based client training and in-app guidance
Define end-to-end servicing journeys and pain-point remediation
Partner with Fraud & Risk teams to integrate defenses without degrading UX
Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories
Support UAT, pilot rollouts, and adoption metrics
Required Qualifications
8–12+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in Commercial Banking
Deep experience in Client Servicing, Contact Centers, or Digital Channels
Strong understanding of Fraud Controls & Authentication
Experience with digital adoption / client enablement tools
Excellent stakeholder and documentation skills
