is hiring an
HR Generalist
to join their team in
Lancaster, NY!
**This is a 4-month W2 contract with benefits**
As the
HR Generalist , you will
partner closely with site leadership to drive key HR initiatives across multiple nearby locations, supporting talent management, employee relations, and overall people strategy execution
within a manufacturing/operations environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with site leadership to drive key HR functions including employee relations, performance management, engagement,
and total rewards
Lead full-cycle hourly recruiting
(sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding) across multiple locations
Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters , including conflict resolution, discipline, and performance issues
Support organizational development initiatives
such as training, succession planning, and workforce planning
Execute HR programs
and ensure consistent implementation of company policies, while leveraging HR data to support business decisions
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
5+ years of HR Generalist experience
2+ years of experience
in
manufacturing, distribution, or operations environments
Strong experience in
employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
Experience with
full-cycle recruiting, especially for hourly roles
