IDR is seeking an
IT Project Manager
to join one of our top clients in
Los Angeles, California . This role is ideal for a project manager who brings a strong background in
technology-driven initiatives, cross-functional delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination . The right candidate will help bring structure, visibility, and execution rigor to complex operational and technical workstreams across a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the IT Project Manager:
Lead cross-functional technology and operations projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks, and priorities are clearly managed
Build and improve scalable intake, prioritization, governance, and tracking processes to support multiple business and technical stakeholders
Partner with leadership, operational teams, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into organized project plans and actionable deliverables
Drive status reporting, documentation, meeting cadences, and workflow visibility across multiple active initiatives
Support the implementation of project management best practices, Agile delivery rhythms, and continuous process improvement across the organization
Requirements for the IT Project Manager:
5+ years of experience in
IT project management , technical project delivery, program management, or PMO-related work
Proven experience managing
cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, systems, tools, and process change
Strong experience with project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, resource coordination, and executive-level status communication
Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as
Jira, Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive multiple workstreams forward simultaneously
PMP certification or Agile certification is required
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications for the IT Project Manager:
Experience supporting media, gaming, entertainment, or digital content environments
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery models
Experience standing up project processes, intake frameworks, or PM governance from scratch
Experience supporting operational transformation, shared services, or centralized business functions
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both business and technical teams
