who thrives in a go-go-go environment and has the magic touch when it comes to matching the right talent with the right client.
The Role:
This isn’t your average 8-to-5 desk job. You’ll be the bridge between our local clients and job seekers. From managing high-volume light industrial pipelines to sourcing top-tier administrative professionals, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a diverse range of roles (Light Industrial, Administrative, Professional, etc.).
Bilingual Communication:
Fluently pivot between
English and Spanish
to support our diverse candidate pool and client base.
High-Volume Sourcing:
Utilize top-tier sourcing platforms and networking to keep our talent pipeline overflowing.
Compliance & Onboarding:
Manage the nitty-gritty—including background checks, drug screens, and comprehensive onboarding paperwork.
Client Management:
Act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring we understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
Skills Assessments & Training:
Administer evaluations to ensure quality placements and lead training sessions for new hires.
What You Bring to the Table
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience
in high-volume recruiting.
Language- Fully bilingual in
Spanish and English
(Written & Verbal).
Adaptability- Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Tech Savvy- Proficient with sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS systems).
Professionalism- Excellent client interaction skills and a people-first attitude.
