Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing cycles.
Identify any discrepancies in customer accounts.
Address and resolve client questions and concerns.
Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Maintain historical records by scanning and filing documents.
Protect organizational value by keeping information confidential.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Shift/Schedule
Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (additional hours may be needed).
Weekly pay.
Multiple Health Plans with 50% company‑paid Employee and Dependent Plans.

$30,000 Life Insurance covered by company.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Soft Pak experience preferred.
QuickBooks experience preferred.
MS Office and knowledge of accounting software.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.
