Infrastructure Operations Manager
Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team supporting the Transportation Team. Required qualifications include:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.
Certifications:
ITIL v4 Foundation
CompTIA Network+
PMP preferred
Experience:
8-10 years in IT operations leadership.
AIOps experience preferred
Clearance:
Public Trust - Moderate Risk.
Responsibilities:
Manages the overall infrastructure operations environment, including system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support.
Direct daily NOC/SOC operational activities.
Ensure compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes.
Coordinate with System, Network, and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation.
Maintain configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards.
Work Environment:
Location: WASHINGTON METRO AREA (WMA)
Type of environment: Office
Noise level: Low
Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
Amount of Travel: 30% within WMA
Wage Information:
Target salary range: $110,000 - $160,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
U.S. Citizen Public Trust - Moderate Risk.
