As a Director in Training, you will build leadership skills while consistently demonstrating our core values, embracing the Chick-fil-A culture, and having a servant’s heart. In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding our Team Members to do the same.

You must have a passion for people and for serving others, a strong character, initiative, and a sense of urgency at all times. Directors are responsible for supporting and executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Directors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

The Director in Training for West Springfield would start in our Chicopee store, learning all the job responsibilities through an accelerated training and development plan, and, with demonstrated performance and competence, be relocated to the West Springfield location opening in Fall 2026.

Director Responsibilities:

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant

Offer an immediate and respectful response to the guest's needs

Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

Be a friendly, encouraging team player

Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder

Count drawers and finalize the day

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
