Join Chick‑fil‑A Greenfield as we are looking for the perfect leader to fill our role of a Director. As a Director, you will have the opportunity to oversee a portion of an 8 million dollar business, lead people, and influence our community of Hancock County. This role would be overseeing a portion of our Operations (Kitchen, Front of House, etc.). You will work in a fun and fast‑paced environment while learning skills for running a business, but even more importantly – leading your life. Responsibilities
Own/take charge of a portion of our business Operations (FOH, BOH, Evenings or Days) - Based on desire & skill level
Leading & Managing others
Oversee the development of leaders in area of responsibility
Able to oversee and achieve results of metrics for specified area of business (Food Cost, Labor, Guest Experience, etc.)
Ability to lead & work in Operations of the business
Qualifications
5+ years of business/leadership experience (Restaurant experience preferred but not required)
Bachelor degree or higher (preferred but not required)
