Assessment and Referral Registered Nurse (RN)
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.; (Not Remote/Not PRN)
Responsibilities
Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80-bed full-service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR. We are looking for an Admissions and Referral Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care within the assessment and admission process.
The RN renders professional nursing care to patients during the assessment and admission process.
Practices ongoing patient assessment through observation of physical and behavioral symptomatology.
Documents all data accurately and in a timely manner.
Participates in the formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implements plans according to hospital policy.
Communicates pertinent data to other service areas as needed.
Encompasses responsibilities delegated to Admission & Referral representatives as regularly required.
The registered nurse operates in accordance with competency guidelines and the full scope of practice as outlined by the Arkansas Board of Nursing and agency policies.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Must hold an Arkansas RN license or be license eligible.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
CPR and Handle with Care / Verbal De-escalation certifications provided upon hire.
Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors and staff, and maintain a respectful approach to all patients.
