About the Role
This role supports the execution and scaling of growth initiatives focused on expanding a teen user base. You’ll operate at the intersection of operations, marketing, and product—owning campaign execution, analyzing performance, and helping transform manual workflows into scalable processes.
This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, ownership, and adaptability are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end CRM and lifecycle campaigns, including build, launch, and performance monitoring
Ensure accurate audience segmentation, targeting, and overall campaign quality
Manage promotional campaigns, including setup, configuration, and execution accuracy
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to improve growth outcomes
Document workflows, processes, and operational best practices
Translate manual processes into scalable and automatable solutions
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to drive execution
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, logistics, or similar role
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong analytical skills with ability to measure performance and evaluate ROI
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
High level of ownership and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams
Experience documenting workflows and building scalable processes
Familiarity with CRM tools and lifecycle marketing execution
Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments
